Out of town

Well, I'm heading out of town for the weekend, and won't be able to post, so I'm setting myself a todo list in here. (We'll see if it really gets done.)

1. Firefighting and why you wear a hard hat and heavy coat.
2. SVN, with friends like these...
3. When command line fails even the most avid users.
1. Large ftp blocks (ftp timeouts also)
2. Surgically copying large groups of specific files with no pattern match in the name.
3. SVN add * ? why not, it would be easy?

Well, thats what I'm thinking about today, and from now until tuesday, it's all liver pickling for me.

Hey Blogger, he likes it!

I have to admit, when I started this, I wanted to shake things up a bit. I thought however, that I would shake things up in the slow traditional way of bending minds around new ideas that may better fit their current needs. As it turns out, I was sent into the "suspiscious" blogger and had to convince blogger, that yes, that was indeed what I wanted the title to be. I imagine they escaped it anyway, so who cares if it looks like code?

Anyway, the debacle has been cleared up, and I am free for now to voice my opinion on anything even remotely related to the command line.
